Prices listed are retail, do not include freight, handling fees, or taxes, and are subject to correction or change without notice.

Sales Tax:

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged sales tax based on address.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.

Payment Terms:

Sierra Safety Company accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sierra Safety Company is pleased to offer Account Billing to qualified customers upon Credit Approval. For customers with established Sierra Safety Company credit, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment or pick-up. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, Sierra Safety may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped orders.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Credit Balance:

Customer agrees that any credit balances issued will be applied within one (1) year of its issuance. If not applied or requested within one (1) year, any balance remaining will be subject to cancellation, and Sierra Safety shall have no further Liability.

Return Policy:

Any cancellations or returns must be approved by Sierra Safety Company and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must accompany a receipt. Goods held 15 days or more are considered sold and non-returnable.

Shipping Policy:

*All orders are subject to availability.

Will Call Orders: Pick up your order at our showroom Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Shipping costs will be detirmined at check out.


Standard shipping is through UPS. Products are typically shipped within 48-72 hours but shipping does vary by selection and need. Note: Items that weigh over 100 lbs. cannot be shipped via UPS and will be shipped via Freight Truck. We will contact you prior to processing your order to confirm your shipping costs. Please do not hesitate to call us regarding specific shipping needs.

(Please be aware that Freight Truck deliveries are to the curbside only and an additional charge for inside delivery or liftgate will be required. You will be required to provide assistance (helpers) to the driver to unload your order from the truck. If you are unable to do so, it may be necessary for the trucker to use a tailgate lift at an extra charge.)
